NathanSR22 started his campaign in the best way possible recording back-to-back victories over Gueric10 and Rampazzo20. He dominated Group A, earning his spot in Sunday’s final alongside Gueric10 who had a more chaotic journey and qualified after beating Rampazzo20 3-2 in the final match of the group.

Resende displayed one of the most dominant performances we have seen this season as he won all the matches en route to the playoffs and conceded zero goals in the process. The other Group B player who advanced to the playoffs was Giuliano20013.

The biggest upset of CONMEBOL eLibertadores 2024 was at Group C where Young crashed out despite winning the first match 6-1, allowing Fonseca and Dudu27 to advance to the playoffs.

Just like in the other groups, there was plenty of action in Group D where GuiBarros and Sebaluoni progressed to Sunday’s playoffs. In the upper bracket final, GuiBarros had to come from behind when trailing 5-2 against Baldo to win the match 8-5.

A Recap of Day 2 of CONMEBOL eLibertadores

In the quarter-finals, Resende failed to maintain his momentum from Day 1 when he conceded zero goals and crashed out in the hands of fellow Brazilian player Dudu27.

Meanwhile, NathanSR22 continued with his impressive performance from Group A by thumping Sebaluoni 8-2 in their quarter-final clash.

In one of the most exciting matches played on Sunday, Gueric10 almost forced extra time after trailing 3-0 at one point of the game. However, his opponent GuiBarros, scored the winning goal after a fine team move that ensured he booked his spot in the semi-finals.

In the first semi-final of this year’s CONMEBOL eLibertadores, NathanSR22 came from behind to beat Dudu27 4-2 and silence the crowd that was booing him.

The other player who booked his spot in the final was GuiBarros, who defeated Giuliano20013 in a eight-goal thriller.

The Grand Final

The grand final of the fourth edition of the CONMEBOL eLibertadores saw two Miners players face each other.
