EA’s latest FC 24 event is live in Ultimate Team, and it’s packed with exciting new content, including upgraded player Items.
The event is in accordance with the EA FC 24 triangles theme. The new promo celebrates the number three, featuring groups of three players from the same club—a man, a woman, and a past club hero. For example, from Manchester City, we have Jack Grealish, Alex Greenwood, and club legend Yaya Toure.
The aim of the promo, according to EA, is to “unlock new squad building possibilities and to create cohesion on the pitch and Chemistry in your Ultimate Team“. Please do note that Heroes chemistry links are still unchanged, even though they are said to be linked to a club. It’s also the first time women footballers have been included on such a large scale, and the first promo to feature Heroes.
The standout of Triple Threat Team 1 is PSG’s star, David Ginola, who might be tough to get for most players. Other big names in Team 1 include Yaya Toure from Manchester City, Liverpool’s Thiago Alcântara, and Real Madrid’s beloved Fernando Morientes. PSG has got themselves an elite META trio of David Ginola, Presnel Kimpembe and Sakina Karchaoui.
Along with Team 1 available in packs, EA has introduced special objectives, squad building challenges (SBCs), and a new Evolution item for players to work towards.
