One of the greatest features in EA Sports FC 25 Career Mode is being able to play as real managers. Since authenticity is very important for career mode players, having real managers in the game can really elevate the playing experience to be more immersive.
There are more than 50 real managers you can choose to start your career mode save with in FC 25. You can use them in their assigned team just like real life, or create an alternate universe where they manage another team.

Others
The managers listed below are available in the game file, but unfortunately can’t be selected in the game. Some of them are available at the launch of the game but then got removed after being sacked in real life, or EA Sports still have their star head from previous game and as ICONs in FUT, but can’t put them in career mode.
Their star head is still available and can only be accessible by using third party mods on PC. If you’re on consoles, unfortunately it’s impossible to use these managers at this moment.
An exception for Zinedine Zidane, because he’s available to use in career mode. However, you can only access him by starting a player career mode then retire him, to enable him as a manager in FC 25 career mode.
- Zinedine Zidane (France) – free agent
- Ralph Hasenhüttl (Austria) – VFL Wolfsburg
- Vincent Kompany (Belgium) – FC Bayern
