With the TOTY promo coming to an end with its fair share of controversy, EA has announced the Road To The Final (RTTF) promo in FC 24 Ultimate Team.
A follow-up to the Team of the Group Stage (TOTGS), Road To The Final features a selection of upgraded players from teams that managed to qualify to the knockout stages of all UEFA club competitions that include UEFA Champions League, UEFA Women’s Champions League, UEFA Europa League, and UEFA Europa Conference League.
It’s important to highlight that all the player items released in this promo are dynamic in nature and can receive upgrades based on their clubs’ progression in their respective competitions. The event will also include themed Objectives, Squad Building Challenges (SBCs), promo packs and more.

How do the Road To The Final player items work?
As mentioned above, these special player cards have the potential to get upgrades based on their team results as the European season progresses. To put it in short, here is how these upgrades will work:
RTTF – Champions League Upgrade Progression
- Win or Draw 1st R16 game: +1 IF
- Qualify for Quarterfinals: +1 IF
- Qualify for Semifinals: +1 IF
- Qualify for Final: +1 PlayStyle+
- Win the Final: 1 IF, 5*WF, 5*SM
RTTF – Women’s Champions League Upgrade Progression
- Win or Draw 1st R16 game: +1 IF
- Qualify for Semifinals: +1 IF
- Win or Draw 1st Semifinals game: +1 IF
- Qualify for Final: +1 PlayStyle+
- Win the Final: 1 IF, 5*WF, 5*SM

RTTF players will receive their potential upgrades starting on the Friday after the first round of the knockout stages. These upgrades are based solely on the team’s performance, meaning a player does not need to participate in the matches to be eligible for upgrades. Additionally, RTTF items can receive up to three different PlayStyles+ upgrades, even if a player already has one or two PlayStyles+.

RTTF: UEFA Tour (Group Reward: UCL RTTF Galeno – 86 OVR)
- French Wall: Concede 1 or less goals per match in 4 separate matches in Squad Battles (or Rivals/Champions) matches on Min. Semi-Pro difficulty while having Min. 6 French players in your Starting 11.
Reward: UCL RTTF Oliver Boscagli – 86 OVR - Precise Shot: Win 7 matches while scoring at least 1 goal per match using Brazilian players in Squad Battles (or Rivals/Champions) matches on Min. Semi-Pro difficulty.
Reward: UEL RTTF David Neres – 86 OVR
- Backline Heroes: Assist at least 1 goal per game using Defenders in 5 separate matches in Squad Battles (or Rivals/Champions) matches on Min. Semi-Pro difficulty while having Min. 6 Dutch Players in your Starting 11.
Reward: UCL RTTF Kevin Diks – 86 OVR
