How the Training Camp Evolution Works in EA Sports FC 25

EA Sports has released a new feature for Evolution in EA Sports FC 25 called Training Camp Evolution. It introduces a brand-new way to passively upgrade your players through the web app or companion app.

The Training Camp Evolution works a little differently from the standard version. The first major difference is that you can only submit players for the Training Camp Evolution via the web app and companion app.

The way you evolve your players is also different from the standard Evolution. When you submit a player item for a Training Camp Evolution, the item become unvailable in gameplay for a set period of time until it’s fully upgraded.

When that set period of time passes, your evolved player item will have the corresponding upgrades applied once it is claimed and can be used in gameplay once again. Just like standard Evolution, Training Camp Evolution features multiple levels of upgrades that require you to complete all levels before claiming them.

How long it takes for the Training Camp Evolution to be fully upgraded and able to claim? Well, each Evolution will have a different set of time required to upgrade. It can be as short as few hours to as long as more than 30 days to complete, with the upgrades will align with the amount of time required to complete. So the longer it takes, the better the upgrades will be.

If at some point you have a second though about completing the Trainig Camp Evolution, you can cancel the upgrade process at any time before it finishes. However, that player item you submitted will not receive the upgrades and the Evolution you previously submitted the item into will also become no longer availble. You will also lose the amount of FC Points or Coins used on the Evolution, if it is a paid one.

EA Sports also released the first two Training Camp Evolution, with the details as followed:

  • In on Goal (100 FC Points or 7,500 coins): Gains Advanced Forward++, Chip Shot, and Power Shot after 3 days of training time.
  • Step Inside: Gains Inside Forward++ for LW after 12 hours of training time.

Those two Training Camp Evolution can be a good way to get your hands on the feature for the first time, as it doesn’t require too much time complete. We can expect EA Sports to release more of this kind of Evolution in the future.
