In the past few days, the Winter Wildcards promo in FC 24 Ultimate Team has introduced some insane cards featuring players like Pele, Cristiano Ronaldo, Virgil Van Dijk, and Cristopher Nkunku. EA has taken the excitement to new heights by unveiling the third team of Winter Wildcards, pushing the boundaries of craziness even further. This release marks a historic moment as Winter Wildcards becomes the first promo in FC 24 Ultimate Team to introduce more than two squads into packs.
The latest addition to the Winter Wildcards lineup has introduced some truly extraordinary cards, pushing the boundaries of player positions. Lev Yashin, renowned as one of the greatest goalkeepers in the history of football, has received a Centre Back card. Thibaut Courtois, a modern-day goalkeeping sensation, has undergone a surprising transformation with his position now listed as a striker (ST).
This unexpected shift positions the Belgian shot-stopper as an unconventional leader of various Ultimate Team attacks. Notably, Lyon’s towering midfielder, Skelly Alvero, standing at an imposing 6’8″, has made an astonishing switch to the goalkeeper role. As we approach the New Year, these additions to the Winter Wildcards promo are undeniably reshaping the FC 24 Ultimate Team experience in thrilling and unexpected ways.

EA is no stranger to occasional mishaps, and recently, an inadvertent error occurred with the release of a version of Jonjo Shelvey that featured Premier League links. Acknowledging this mistake, EA has promptly addressed the issue and subsequently introduced the corrected card into the game.
The Jonjo Shelvey Winter Wildcards Player Item released today had incorrect League. The Item has been updated with the correct League.

These cards will be in packs until Friday, January 5.

In order to obtain this special player item in EA FC 24 Ultimate Team, players must complete four distinct tasks. These tasks require dedicated gameplay in Squad Battles, Rivals or even UT Champs modes to successfully complete each of the objectives:
- Finish 5: Score 5 goals using players from the Serie A in Squad Battles on Min. Semi-Pro difficulty (or Rivals/Champions).
- Assist 3: Assist 3 goals using players with Min. 80 DEF in Squad Battles on Min. Semi-Pro difficulty (or Rivals/Champions).
- Strong Defending: Concede no more than 2 goals per match in 3 separate matches in Squad Battles on Min. Semi-Pro difficulty (or Rivals/Champions).
- Serie A Wins: Win 6 matches in Squad Battles on Min. Semi-Pro difficulty (or Rivals/Champions) while having Min.3 Serie A players in your starting 11.
