The Fantasy FC campaign in EA Sports FC 25 officially started on Friday (21/2). Just like the previous year, this campaign mixes real-world performances with in-game boost in Ultimate Team. The better their club play play every week, the better their upgrades in Ultimate Team will be.
EA Sports released 22 players who are eligible for this campaign, including some Heroes player items. For Heroes players, their upgrades will be based on their respective historical club’s performances in the upcoming league matches.

Fantasy FC upgrade path
The upgrade path for Fantasy FC players can be found below:
- +1 OVR and Role++: Club wins 2 in the next 4 league games
- 99 face stat: 10 club goals in next 4 league games
- +1 PlayStyle+ (Max 2) and +1 Playstyle: 1 player goal and assist in the next 4 league games for ATT/Mid except CDM or clean sheets in next 4 league games for DEF/GK and CDM
- +1 OVR and 5 stars skill moves or weak foot: 0 yellow or red cards in next 4 league matches
- +1 PlayStyle+ (Max 3) + and 99 face stat: Player’s team wins primary domestic cups
- +1 OVR and +1 PlayStyle+: Player’s team wins domestic league

EA Sports also released some Fantasy FC players through objectives and SBC. An 88-rated Carney Chukwumueka is available via objectives, while a 91-rated Joao Felix and 91-rated Guti can both be obtained by SBCs.
