This Wednesday saw the first TOTW to feature a ratings refresh, as the minimum upgrade has now been increased from 80 to 83-overall rating. As well as this, we are now seeing more significant upgrades being given to the stars of each TOTW, as the weekly segment in Ultimate Team receives a much-needed adjustment going forward.
Fans of the game will undoubtedly be glad to hear of the changes made to the weekly squad of in-form players, as the alterations made will allow more TOTW special cards to be more usable in competitive gameplay. With that being said, let us have a look at who features in the eighth edition of FC 25’s TOTW and the boost in rating to those involved.

The update implemented to the TOTW promo will also see two featured players receiving an increased boost to their rating. This week it is Viktor Gyokeres and Milos Kerkez who have been selected as featured cards, as their ratings improve to 87-overall and 86-overall respectively.
As you can see there is abundance of exciting cards in TOTW 8. Kadidiatou Diani’s 91-overall-card provides the headline to the squad, but with substantial upgrades given across the board, there are many options to choose from to improve your Ultimate Team.
